SVH Mentor in Hospitality- The 3-day instructor training course
To become and remain a recognized training company, at least one qualified apprenticeship master must work in your company. As a training master, you are indispensable for the development of (young) employees in the hospitality industry. You share your knowledge and guide your employees so that they can develop into professionals. A responsible task. The quality of you as an apprentice is a determining factor in this.

With the “SVH Mentor in Hospitality” course, you pass on your skills to new employees. After the course, you will have a good understanding of the following work processes and be able to apply them in practice.

What can I do with the apprenticeship certificate?
This intensive training is necessary for every aspiring professional Learning Master. The SVH Mentor in Hospitality training leads quickly and effectively to the mandatory SVH Diploma. The SVH Mentor in Hospitality exam consists of three parts:
1. Portfolio (made during the training)
2. Role play Coaching & Supervision (oral practical exam).
3. Written theory exam consisting of 30 multiple choice questions
With a positive result for the three exam components you have passed, you will receive the official SVH Mentor in Hospitality diploma with the corresponding recognized ‘pin’.
For whom?
If you want to become a recognized training company, one or more employees who will be supervising trainees must complete the master trainer training. We are the right place for you to do this. As a master trainer, once you have obtained your diploma, you will be registered with SVH and the company you work for can then apply for recognition.
