Bodegas Nodus
The journey begins at Bodegas Nodus, a leading winery in the heart of D.O. Utiel-Requena. This bodega was born out of a passion for creating quality wines in harmony with nature. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 600 to 900 meters, which ensures a cool microclimate and excellent ripening of the grapes. Here, you will discover the power of local varieties such as Bobal, which produce fresh and characterful wines with an elegant Spanish character.

On the second day, you will visit Bodegas Neleman, founded by Dutch wine entrepreneur Derrick Neleman. His mission: making sustainable wines with love for the earth. All Neleman wines are 100% organic, vegan-friendly, and produced with respect for biodiversity. The philosophy is clear: creating good wine with attention to people, nature, and the planet.
